Trying.

Eating in moderation. Waking up earlier. Writing more. Working out more regularly. Flossing my teeth every night. Thinking about how my actions affect others. Remembering to water my garden. Not letting my anxieties run me over. Helping my family. Cleaning up after myself quicker. Being a better partner. Putting in more effort at work. Finishing projects that I start. Not wasting so much food. Not googling every ache and pain I have. Being a better friend. Drinking more water. Making more art. Being less self-conscious. Challenging myself more physically. Taking care of myself more.

Not feeling guilty when I can’t fit every one of these into every day.

Fighting that voice in my head that asks, “What’s the point?”

Trying to figure out the point.
